3. Unscrew the drain filter cap slowly in a counter-clockwise direction to release trapped water.
4. Remove any debris, lint, or coins found inside the filter housing and rinse it under running water.
5. Ensure the drain hose at the back of the machine is not bent, kinked, or crushed against the wall.

1. Check the end of the drain hose to ensure it is not submerged in a pool of water or blocked by debris in the standpipe.
2. Perform a 'Drain/Spin' cycle after cleaning the filter to see if the error clears.
