How to Perform a Manual Drain and Emergency Release

3. Place a shallow tray or towel on the floor to catch residual water, then open the drain filter cover.
4. Slowly unscrew the drain pump filter counter-clockwise to allow the water to drain out completely.
5. Once the water is drained, look for a small plastic release tab or cord (usually red or yellow) located near the filter area.
6. Gently pull the release tab downwards or outwards to manually disengage the door lock mechanism.
