How to Remove the Pulsator Cap and Bolt

1. Unplug the washing machine from the power source and turn off the water supply to ensure complete safety.
2. Locate the small circular plastic cap in the center of the pulsator and gently pry it off using a flat-head screwdriver.
3. Use a socket wrench to unscrew the central bolt holding the pulsator in place by turning it counter-clockwise.
4. Once the bolt is removed, firmly grip the pulsator edges or use a puller tool to lift it vertically out of the wash tub.
5. Inspect the underside for tangled threads, coins, or debris that may be preventing smooth rotation.
