How to Clean the Drain Pump Filter

1. Turn off the power supply and unplug the machine from the wall socket.
2. Locate the service flap at the bottom right corner of the front panel and open it.
3. Place a shallow tray or a thick towel under the flap to catch any residual water.
4. Slowly unscrew the filter cap counter-clockwise, allowing water to drain out gradually.
5. Remove the filter completely and clear away any lint, coins, hair, or debris trapped inside.
6. Rinse the filter under running water and check the pump impeller inside the housing to ensure it spins freely.
7. Reinsert the filter, tighten it firmly clockwise, and close the service flap.
